These terms describe the permitted use of lightcompany.ai and its public content. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement can be formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

“The Light Company,” “we” and “us” refer to the team operating this website under that name. Questions about these terms can be sent to hi@lightcompany.ai. A proposal, order or service agreement will identify the contracting legal entity and the terms applicable to that transaction.

These website terms do not replace a signed product, pilot, employment, confidentiality or other agreement. If a separate agreement governs your use of a product or service, that agreement controls that use.

The website provides product information, educational material, recorded demonstrations and descriptions of possible future experiences. Availability, compatibility, deployment scope and product specifications must be confirmed directly before relying on them for a purchase or operational decision.

Content labeled illustrative or example uses sample data and should not be cited as a measured result.

Nothing on this website is an instruction to operate a robot without appropriate supervision, task validation and the controls required by the equipment and setting. Website content is not a safety certification.

You may browse, link to and share links to publicly available pages. You may make reasonable quotations with attribution where permitted by law. You must not misrepresent our content, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, submit malicious code or use the website in violation of applicable law.

The station interest form does not take payment, create a binding purchase, guarantee allocation or promise a delivery date. A careers expression of interest does not create employment or guarantee an interview. Any purchase, pilot or employment arrangement requires separate agreement.

We use information submitted through the website as described in our privacy notice. Optional product-update consent is separate from the information needed to answer an inquiry.
