Privacy policy
This notice explains the information involved when you visit this website, register interest in Prism or contact us.
Last updated November 1, 2026. This page covers the public website. Product deployments may have separate written terms.
Information you choose to provide
The station interest form asks for your name, email address and company or lab. Optional fields include your role, use case, robot or platform, estimated quantity and whether you want product updates. The service also records the source of the form, submission timestamps and the consent version.
If you email us, we receive the information and attachments you choose to send, along with normal email metadata. This may include a product inquiry, support question, careers introduction or privacy request.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information, secrets, private credentials or other people's information unless an appropriate process has been agreed.
Information involved in running the site
Website hosting, security and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic information to deliver the website and protect their services.
The benchmark pages keep your light or dark theme choice and, once you enter the password, an access key in local storage so you are not asked again. The scene-history walkthrough does not collect camera images.
Some pages use third-party media, including YouTube. Loading or interacting with that content can send information to its provider. See cookies and storage for the current website features involved.
Why we use information
We use inquiry information to answer you, discuss a possible deployment or collaboration, manage expressions of interest, provide requested support and maintain a record of those conversations. If you choose product updates, we may use your contact information for those updates; you can ask us to stop.
Technical information helps deliver and protect the website, investigate problems and prevent abuse. We do not need personal details about your private life to discuss a workcell.
Service providers and disclosures
Our public website is hosted through Sites infrastructure using Cloudflare services. Station-interest submissions are stored in the site's database. Email communications are handled through the email services used by the people communicating.
Providers may process information to operate their services under their own applicable arrangements. We may also disclose information where necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, protect rights or address misuse. A separate product deployment may involve different providers or data flows; those should be agreed for that deployment.
We do not sell the personal information submitted through this website. The website code does not include an advertising-pixel program. This notice does not describe third-party websites you visit through external links.
Keeping and protecting information
We retain information for the purpose it was provided, including managing an ongoing conversation, meeting legal obligations and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the information and the context; this website does not promise a single fixed retention period for every system or backup.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the services we operate, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us if you believe information has been sent to the wrong place or exposed unexpectedly.
Your choices and requests
You can avoid optional form fields, decline product updates, clear browser storage and choose whether to follow external links. You may contact hi@lightcompany.ai to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, or to stop product updates.
Depending on where you live and the circumstances, applicable privacy law may give you additional rights. We may need to verify a request in a proportionate way and may retain information where required or permitted by law. Do not send identity documents in an initial request.
This public website is intended for people exploring our work and business offerings; it is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate.
Website data and lab data are different
This notice covers the public website and related inquiries. It does not establish the data arrangements for camera feeds, robot recordings, customer datasets or station deployments. Before a deployment, the parties should agree what is collected, where it goes, who can access it and how long it is kept.
For privacy questions, contact hi@lightcompany.ai. We will update this notice when the public website's practices change.
